If you are experiencing chest pain or have a life-threatening emergency, please ring 000. If your phone call is for a medical condition requiring urgent attention, please inform our reception staff so that you get immediate medical advice.
If you have a non-urgent medical query regarding a recent consultation that cannot be dealt with by our receptionists or nursing staff, you may leave a message for one of our practice doctors during normal opening hours.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic and introduction of telehealth rebates from the Department of Health, our practice has made significant changes to our appointment bookings and on-site access.

We are encouraging all our patients with COVID-19 to book Telehealth Consultations.
We are also able to offer telehealth consultations to regular patients of the clinic (have attended the clinic for a face to face consultation within the last 12 months) for certain consultations, if clinically appropriate and in guidance with RACGP Guidelines.
